Daring Deeds
Daring Deeds is a lovely large boned Thoroughbred. He is very well adjusted and calm. He has now had several riders of various abilities on him and he was well behaved for all of them. He has been ridden in and out of the arena without problems - both alone and with other horses.
Daring Deeds is well bred. Daring Deeds is a Breeder's Cup nominated Thoroughbred gelding by Robin de Pins who was the leading Sire in Uruguay in 2004. Other well known members of his family include: Key to the Mint, Northern Dancer, Ribot, War Admiral, Man O' War, Mahmoud, Nearctic, Princequillo, Hyperion and Graustark.
Daring Deeds is kind and gentle. He is quiet enough for a beginner or a timid rider. He is recommended for a non jumping career. Dressage or pleasure riding or hilltopping would suit him well.
Current Training
- Deeds is walking, trotting and cantering in the arena and on trails.
- Elizabeth's first ride on him included a walk in the woods alone at dusk.
- He is well behaved on the ground and under saddle.
- He is quiet with or without other horses in the arena.
- He will make a great "husband" horse.
- He is rounding on the bit and showing great potential for dressage.
- He is a horse for a more timid rider
