Bits & Bytes Farm

We thought we might take the opportunity of training Reign Day to do a day-by-day diary explaining things a new buyer might need to know. Follow along for the next month as Reign Day makes the transition from race horse to sport horse at Bits & Bytes Farm just outside Atlanta, GA. The first two days are up. We did a quick trip to Kentucky to drop off Bounced in Kentucky where he will pick up his ride to his new home in Oklahoma. We returned with our newest off-the-track Thoroughbred – Reign Day who will be in training at Bits & Bytes Farm for then next month or so before he goes to his new home in Massachusetts.

“Scout” is a 2007, late May foal who is already 16.2 and still growing. He is a bay with three white socks. He is a very well bred Kentucky horse who has no desire to be a race horse.

It’s been a busy week at Bits & Bytes Farm. We found a home for our “BAYby” Bounced and for one of our Prospect Horses For Sale at the Track – Reign Day. We have a new Prospect Horse listed – “Sammy” and another one soon to be listed. I guess it is Spring Fever or Global Warming!

“Sammy” is a 2006 almost 16 hand bay Thoroughbred gelding. He was foaled on May 2, 2006 in Kentucky so he has a few more years to grow. “Sammy” has not raced because he showed no talent or desire to be a race horse. He is young, sane and believed sound for any career. He has incredible movement and should be a show horse. See “Sammy’s” photos.

Our apologies to Shakespeare, but there are no apologies for our newest Thoroughbred horse for sale – “Brutus”. He is a talented and sweet horse in a compact package. He is just four and still growing. This horse has the movement and soundness to be successful as a 3-day event or a dressage horse. Learn more . . .
