We have arrived in Kentucky and our first stop was over to Hill ‘n’ Dale to meet with their Stallion Manager Aiden O’Meara and be introduced to their magnificent stallions. Hill ‘n Dale’s stallion barns are some of the most beautiful barns in Kentucky. We were privilaged enough to see Indygo Shiner breed a beautiful chestnut mare. He has two horses racing in Dubai doing very well and his stud fee has doubled this year. More photos later. We will be at Keeneland this morning for the training, Ashford Stud for another tour and then back to Keeneland for some racing and Marker’s Mark bread pudding!
