We have had a rush on our Prospect Horses at the Track. “Marvin”, “General”, Cortableau, Rap It Up, “Loui”, “Banker” and Chipawild have all found new homes and hopefully second careers. We have added one more horse to our Prospect Horses at the Track page – “Makers”. He ran his last race on Labor Day and he is sound and ready for a new career. His owner raced him since he was three so we have lots of information on him and a history of soundness. The photos on the site were taken as he was being cooled out yesterday.
We have been busy updating our OTTB Success Stories Web site. We are still way behind. We heard from Brett’s mom that he won Champion and Reserve Champion last weekend at a show (Judi we need photos!) and of course we have more tri colored ribbons from Austin’s Wolf yet to post from his last two shows. We have added several stories for Allegiant and Amanda our “A Team 2”.
Run Around Gal who was sold as a Prospect Horse in 2007 won the Broodmare Trophy at Upperville this spring and her baby is number 1 in the nation for yearling in the hunter breeding!
We like to keep in touch with all our buyers and see how the horses are doing. Unlike most sellers, we want to hear from our buyers whether the news is good or not so good.
