Welcome to Bits & Bytes Farm on the Web. Take a virtual tour
of the farm and see the beautiful thoroughbreds
we have for sale. Follow their training and learn how we bring
them from racetrack to a new career in the show ring, fox hunting
or eventing.
Bits & Bytes Farm goes to the FEI World Cup
in Las Vegas!
Bits& Bytes Farm owners Barry Zuber and Elizabeth Wood along
with "Friend of Bits & Bytes Farm" Linda Ross attended
the 2005
Las Vegas FEI World Cup Finals. We were fortunate enough to have
tickets to both the Dressage and Jumping Finals.
Anky van Grunsven of the Netherlands won her seventh World Cup Final
during the FEI Offield Farms World Cup Fina aboard her 11-year-old
Hanoverian gelding, Keltec Salinero.

Meredith Michaels Beerbaum and Shutterfly win
the 2005 FEI World Cup Finals.
Meredith Michaels Beerbaum, of Germany, rode her 12 year old Hannoverian
gelding, Shutterfly, to win her first World Cup. She was in the lead
coming into the final round and only had a single rail down. The pair
had a clear second round which gave them the win. Meredith is originally
from California and she is married to 11 th place finisher, teammate
Marcus Beerbaum. She did her victory gallop the the Beachboys' song,
"I wish they all could be California girls."

We have new horses — and we say, "Good bye" to two
others.
Come meet April's new horse Heather's
Best and last month's new horse Daring
Deeds. Both horses are beautiful bay eight year-old geldings.
Each one has their own photo pages. Read their bios on the horses
for sale page. They both have very nice personalities
and seem to enjoy attention.

Daring
Deeds
We regretfully say goodbye to two of our favorite horses, Our
Boy Darcy and Chouette
Player. Both horses are going to great homes - which
is the reason we do what we do. Letting go is very difficult and is
only possible, because you know that the horse will get the one-on-one
attention and training he needs.
Jessica Wyatt purchased Our Boy Darcy.
Betsy Schoettlin purchased Chouette
Player to take back to LA.
Call or come by for a visit
Please call us to discuss which horse might be the best match for
you based on riding skill, experience and equine personality. We do
not send out videos because it is important to match the personality
of the horse with the personality of the rider. We are matchmakers,
not horse brokers. We have horses in a wide price range. Call
us to discuss prices or to schedule an appointment.
We'd love to have you come meet all of our horses--we know that it
will be worth your time. Just bring peppermints!
